Appreciation

My brother enjoys showing off his collection of trophies and awards when we go over to his house for a visit. He has a large den with his computer in it, a wide screen television, and a kitchenette. One wall is lined with shelves full of his Baseball Trophies and football trophies from his high school and college days.

Another wall is covered with his Corporate Awards that he has received since he entered the business world. He sure has accumulated a lot of them!  I’m glad that his bosses show their employees when they appreciate hard work.  There are too many business out in the world that feel that the only reward an employee needs to get is a paycheck at the end of the week!
