Father’s Day is coming

Father’s Day is coming, and I’ve been trying to figure out what to give Dad for great father’s day gifts.  I think I’ve finally found the perfect answer!  He loves looking at photographs of how he looked when he was younger; especially photographs of him with Mom.  There is a great photograph of the two of them that I think I will borrow and have it turned into a great oil painting.  Well, not the photograph itself, just have an oil painting rendered from the photograph.  I think that doing this will make all of his previous fathers day gifts pale in comparison!

Pizza

This evening I wanted pizza for dinner.  Not just any pizza.  Oh, the frozen pizzas are OK, but tonight I was craving Pizza Hut pizza.  Theirs is my hands down favorite.  I usually send my son out to get it and bring it home.  We have a great insulated bag that we bought years ago over the Internet and it does a great job of keeping it hot, but tonight I wanted to get out and go eat at the Pizza Hut.  There is nothing like the server bringing the pizza and bread sticks out fresh and hot from their oven just a few feet away from the table!  What a treat that was!
